Hi, I'm ELSA

Before I was a coach, I was a marketing & ad agency executive serving Fortune 50 companies

with global media campaigns.

​

I was very good at my job and got promoted many times over the course of my 23-year

career

​​

While outwardly I was very “successful”, inside I was struggling. Back then, I didn’t know how

to set boundaries or take care of myself, and it showed in every aspect of my life. I said YES to more work and NO to myself almost all of the time. This pattern slowly eroded my physical and mental health over time. My hair fell out, I suffered with insomnia and I eventually lost my ability

to speak clearly due to vocal cord paralysis.

I felt anxious, lonely and frustrated almost all of the time.

I went through burnout. TWICE. The first time I stepped away from my big job and rested for about 6 months. When I started to feel better, I made the choice to enter the workforce again.

 

Sadly, the same cycle repeated itself and I found myself in burnout AGAIN.

​

It didn’t end until I got to the source of the problem.

​

Now I’ve built a business where I help other people heal their burnout and get to the root

of the problem, so they don’t have to walk away from their jobs.  Because

having talented people remain in leadership roles matters.

We will focus on what needs to shift, the specific steps that the coaching process will take and how to move forward. Whether or not we continue working together, you’ll have an action plan in hand.
