How much time do I need to dedicate to this course weekly?
How do your sessions work? Do I need to be in person with you?
All sessions are given over the phone. You do not need to be in person with me. You will need a notebook and something to write with. Most importantly, you will need a quiet space with minimal distractions during the session.
What types of people do you work with?
I specialize in working with women who work inside and outside the home who are feeling burned out, stressed out and depleted by modern life.
How do I know if coaching is for me?
Health coaching is great for anyone ready and inspired to make changes in their life but unsure of how to get started. Health coaches look at all aspects of your health and are not limited to just nutrition and weight loss. We look at all factors contributing to your health and take the time to listen to your unique concerns.
What if I want to skip a session or think I don’t need additional information on a certain topic?
I ask you to keep an open mind. This course is taught using Ayurveda as the framework, and for this reason, new information and ideas will be shared that may offer a different perspective on your current situation.

Yes, I offer a no-cost introductory session to give a better sense of what it’s like to work with me.
